MPS Foundation Funding or In-Kind Request Form

Funding is available to all teachers and staff of Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS). All funding request applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis by the MPS Foundation.

Use the form to submit your request. 

Funding is evaluated based on the alignment to the mission of the MPS Foundation in support of its vision and mission.

Funding is awarded based on project evaluation and funding availability/priorities.

Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.

If funding is awarded, the MPS Foundation asks for a brief written summary including pictures and the impact of the support, of the project upon completion.
