Annually, five (5) Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) partner with the Foundation and Reflo to collaboratively replace asphalt covered schoolyards with greener, healthier spaces. Each project is tailored to the specific needs and enthusiasm of the school’s community and often involves replacing seas of asphalt with green infrastructure, outdoor classrooms, recreational facilities and arts opportunities.
